This is a plug-in for aggregating e-commerce platform data. It allows customer service to directly view order information related to the current work order while processing the work order.

We plan to integrate multiple platforms and allow customers to bind multiple stores to the plug-in, so as to realize cross-store and cross-platform order information processing.

We plan to gradually enable customer service to view the platform, products, discounts, logistics and other information corresponding to the order in subsequent versions, and also allow customer service to perform operations such as issuing coupons and agreeing to refunds. In addition, we can also access the in-site messages of these platforms and convert these messages into work orders.

After installation, when using this product for the first time, we need the administrator to enter the username and password registered on our server to bind the Zendesk environment to the corporate account of our system.
